Café Congo is the café and restaurant of the Koninklijke Vlaamse Schouwburg ( Royal Flemish Theatre ) in Brussels. Café Congo is open on weekdays from 10:30 to 18:00. Our Chef is Syrian refugee Abdell Baset. One of the many highlights of Syrian food is mezza, the tapas of the Middle East. Mezza refers to a generous spread of small dishes.
